Refund policy
Return policy:
If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made by email to info@thewildcalla.com, within seven (7) business days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason of the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@thewildcalla.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty and hair products), jewelry, shoes/footwear, hats, sunglasses (all eyewear), bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments (such as lingerie, underwear, hosiery, and bras). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items purchased at 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
